Free AI Audit

The Free AI Audit is complimentary — there is no charge and therefore no refund applicable. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance via the booking confirmation link.

Paid Engagements

Red Claw Foundry engagements are bespoke consulting and implementation projects. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work at the time of cancellation:

• Before work begins: Full refund of any retainer or deposit paid, minus a 5% processing fee.
• During the Design phase: Refund of unused hours at our standard hourly rate. Design-phase deliverables completed to date are non-refundable.
• During Build or Deployment: No refund on work completed. Any remaining pre-paid balance for future work will be refunded within 14 business days.

Disputes and Revisions

If you are unsatisfied with delivered work, we will first work to resolve the issue through revision cycles as defined in your Statement of Work. We are committed to client satisfaction and will always attempt to make it right before any refund is considered.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, contact us at info@redclawfoundry.com with your project name and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 business days.
